If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will refund you the entire purchase price. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your returned item. 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us for an RMA: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@pocoshine.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us track your return efficiently.

2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible.

3. Please Include the Required Information:

  • Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Inside the package, include a note with:
    • Your Full Name
    • Your Email Address
    • Your Phone Number
    • Your Order Number
    • Reason for Return (optional, but helpful for us to improve)

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, if not please purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its receipt and your refund.
  • Your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at customerservice@pocoshine.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at customerservice@pocoshine.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
