PoCo Lifetime Warranty

Important Note: The PoCo Lifetime Warranty applies only to PoCo Large and PoCo Small Mops used for residential purposes by residential customers. Warranty coverage does not apply to commercial use or commercial customers.

PoCo Large and PoCo Small Mops are essential components of our cleaning kit, known for their expert craftsmanship and superior quality. For your peace of mind, all PoCo Mops are backed by a "Lifetime Warranty." If your PoCo Mop becomes damaged and/or no longer can be used to clean your pool cover, you can return it for a free replacement.

How to Receive Your Replacement Mop:

1. Contact Customer Service: Email our customer service team at customerservice@pocoshine.com.

2. Provide Information: Include your full name, address, email, and the Order Number from your PoCo Pool Cover Cleaning Kit purchase.

3. Receive Warranty Authorization Number (WAN): A PoCo Customer Service Representative will issue you a WAN after verifying your information. This number helps us efficiently track your warranty return.

Packaging and Shipping Your Damaged Mop:

1. Package Your Item: Clearly write your Warranty Authorization Number (WAN) on the outside of the package.

2. Please include the following information: Inside the package, please include a note with your: 

  • name
  • address
  • email address
  • phone number.

3. Ship Your Damaged Mop To:

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for warranty replacements.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service and email us your tracking number. 
  • Once your damaged mop is received, we will send you an email notification and let you know that your replacement mop is on its way.
